02. Why does soilkind need to be carefully packaged?

soilkind weighs 25,3 kg and has sensitive units such as the motor and a load cell installed. If the device is not packaged properly for a return or repair, it may arrive with major damage or even broken. Please use the return packaging we provide for safe transport.
