You can send your defective soilkind directly from home to our repair center for repair. Please use our contact form on this page.
Report your repair
Inform us about your repair using our contact form and describe any damage. Please provide the following information so that we can process your repair quickly: first and last name, address, telephone number, email address and your desired pickup date. Once we have received all the information, we will check your repair request and you will receive a pickup confirmation via email. Please note: It is absolutely necessary that you are at home on the agreed date.
Get soilkind ready for the journey
To ensure that soilkind can travel safely, it is important that it no longer contains any organic waste and/or compost. Before packing soilkind, please run the throw-out process twice. This will ensure that there is no more biomass in the device.
Pack your soilkind
Pack the item so that it cannot be damaged during transport. This also means that the transport lock on your device must be activated. Include a copy of your invoice in the package and be sure to put the repair slip with barcode in the package - this is the best way for us to identify your soilkind. We will send you the repair slip in advance via email. Note any transport instructions in the soilkind user manual.
Collecting your package
As soon as we have received and checked your request, we will confirm your shipping date via email. On your collection day, the dpd courier will bring a shipping label, stamp your package and get your soilkind ready for the journey. Please make sure that your soilkind composter is properly and safely packaged (see “How do I pack my soilkind?”)

Your package arrives at our repair center and is checked by us.
soilkind takes care of the repair
We will repair your device and send it back to you as quickly as possible. The repair time may vary depending on how many devices are currently being serviced. However, we will definitely keep you updated.
Fold the return box and place it vertically.
Seal the bottom of the box with adhesive tape in an H-shape.
Insert the lower pulp insert with the number 6.571-071.0 into the box with the recess facing upwards.
Remove and empty the water tank from soilkind.
Activate the transport lock by pushing the transport lock lever down anti-clockwise to a vertical position.
soilkind weighs 23 kg. Place your soilkind, ideally with two people, into the pulp tray.
Place the upper pulp insert with the number 6.571-072.0 on your soilkind.
Place the water tank in the designated position in the upper pulp tray.
Seal the top of the box with an H-shaped adhesive tape.
