soilkind GmbH grants a 24-month guarantee on devices and accessories from the invoice date of purchase. The geographical scope of the guarantee is Europe-wide. We give you a 12-month guarantee on spare parts.

We will remedy any faults in the device free of charge within the warranty period if the cause is a material or manufacturing defect. In the event of a warranty claim, please fill out our contact form .

This manufacturer's guarantee does not limit your legal rights against us arising from the purchase agreement concluded with us. This guarantee promise does not affect any existing legal warranty rights against us. The manufacturer's guarantee does not violate your legal rights, but rather extends your legal position. If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us within the scope of the legal warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the guarantee is invoked.
