Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from soilkind. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product to us within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (see date on the delivery note).
Please note that we can only accept returns for unused items. To receive a refund, the product must be in its original condition and show no signs of wear or use. Additionally, we kindly ask you to ensure that the returned device has not come into contact with organic waste. This ensures that the item remains in a hygienic condition and can be reused for other customers. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your understanding. Please also refer to our full return policy in the Terms and Conditions for further information.
Register your return
Inform us about your return using our contact form and tell us the reason for your return. Please provide the following information so that we can process your return quickly: first and last name, address, telephone number, email address and your desired pickup date.
Once we have received all the data, we will check your return. You will receive your return packaging from us and then a pickup confirmation via email.
Please note: It is absolutely necessary that you are at home on the agreed date.
Get soilkind ready for the journey
To ensure that soilkind can travel safely, it is important that it no longer contains any organic waste and/or compost. Before packing soilkind, please run the throw-out process twice. This will ensure that there is no more biomass in the device.
Pack your soilkind
Pack the item so that it cannot be damaged during transport. This also means that the transport lock on your device must be activated. Include a copy of your invoice in the package and note any transport instructions in the soilkind user manual.
Send the package
As soon as you have securely packed your soilkind and informed us that soilkind is ready for collection, we will confirm your shipping date via email. On your collection day, the DPD courier will bring a shipping label, stamp your package and get your soilkind ready for the journey. Please make sure that your soilkind composter is properly and securely packed (see “How do I pack my soilkind?”)
